Frequently asked questions
Does this make sense for a small business?
It is usually where the difference shows most. In a team of five, freeing five hours a week of repetitive work is a full working day recovered every week, without hiring anyone.
Are you going to replace part of my team?
That is not the goal and not what tends to happen. We automate tasks, not roles: the mechanical part of the work, so the team spends that time on what needs judgement, client contact or a decision.
Is it safe to put company data into an AI?
It depends how it is set up. We define from the start what data may leave the company and what may not, and for sensitive information we use configurations that do not train models on your data.
What does it cost to start?
The initial audit is a defined piece of work at a fixed price, and the estimate for the rest comes out of it. If the audit concludes AI will not save you money yet, we will say so.
Do we have to change the tools we already use?
Almost never. The norm is to build on what you already have. Changing systems is expensive and creates resistance; we only recommend it when the current tool is the problem.
